Majority of our items are ready to be posted from our warehouse in Western Australia. However, when some items sell out quickly, we offer preorder. This will be mentioned on the product page. Please read the preorder details shown on the product page for approximate wait times.

Returns - We want you to love your purchase! If not completely satisfied your items can be returned for a credit note only. We do not offer exchanges. A credit note will be emailed to you within 7 days of your returned item being received and inspected by us.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately your item can't be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Faulty Items - Although we go to extreme lengths to monitor our quality control, we can occasionally miss a faulty item. If you believe you have received a faulty item please use the return procedures listed above. Please note that if your return garment is not deemed to be faulty it will not qualify for a replacement or refund and will be posted back to you at your cost.
Late or missing credit notes - If you haven’t received a credit note after 14 days of the returned item (s) being posted please check your Email spam folder. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
