Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your item for a store credit within 30 days of receiving it.
(We currently do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.)

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition

  • all original packaging and tags must be included

  • the return must be lodged within 30 days of delivery

Please contact us at hello@littleclothingco.com.au to request a return and we will provide the return instructions and address.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover return postage or provide an alternative resolution.

Processing time

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be emailed to you within 7–14 days.

Items not eligible for return

  • items without original packaging or tags

  • items damaged through wear or use

  • items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Faulty items

We do our best to quality-check every product, however if you receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@littleclothingco.com.au with photos of the fault.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit — whichever is appropriate.
